Simpson Sporting Auctions, a division of 741828 Ontario Inc has been conducting successful auction sales in Central Ontario for over 30 years. They regularly conduct specialized auctions of modern and antique collector's and sporting firearms, handguns, military firearms, uniforms, medals, swords, weapons, gear and collectibles, ammunition and reloading supplies, reference books, antique and modern fishing tackle, boats and outboard motors, old gunning decoys, sporting art, native art and artifacts, wildlife carvings and outdoor sporting collectibles. They are also experienced in the areas of Canadiana antiques and country collectibles, and regularly conduct such auctions.

Auctions are usually held in the Creemore Legion Hall, a large conveniently located modern facility in the picturesque village of Creemore, only an hour north of the Toronto and Mississauga metropolitan areas. It is capable of holding up to 500 people and due to its central location, regularly draws crowds of potential buyers from all over Ontario, as well as neighbouring provinces and occasionally the United States.  Occasionally auctions are held "on-site" near Creemore or at other locations across Central and Southern Ontario.

The Auctioneer, John B. Simpson, is a member in good standing of the Canadian and Ontario Auctioneers Associations, a graduate of the University of Western Ontario's Institute of Canadian Certified Auctioneers (ICCA) and adheres strictly to their respective codes of ethics. He is fully insured and bonded and licensed to sell non-restricted and restricted firearms, and restricted and prohibited handguns.  He will handle all types of estate firearms and is available for discrete confidential consultation and auction evaluations of individual items or entire collections. He will also provide professional written appraisals of your firearm(s) for estate division, liquidation or insurance purposes.
